Noel Swartz CPA*

Noel M. Swartz is a Partner in the Firm’s Boston office and is a member of its SEC and High Technology industry groups. He has more than 20 years of experience working in public accounting and private industry. He provides auditing and assurance services to middle-market clients in various industries, including high technology, software, financial services and employee benefit plans.

In addition, Mr. Swartz has extensive experience serving a variety of middle-market manufacturing clients including medical devices, green energy, machine tools, and others.

Working closely with smaller reporting companies and privately-held companies, Mr. Swartz assists with public offerings, due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions. He also has experience with complex accounting and finance issues such as equity instruments, stock options, warrants, warrants with debt, derivative instruments and multiple-deliverable revenue recognition.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Swartz was a Senior Manager at a “Big 4” accounting firm where he was responsible for the audits of various private and public companies and also served as an instructor at regional and national training seminars. Earlier in his career, he was a Controller for a middle-market manufacturing company.
