Kevin McGann CPA*

Kevin P. McGann is a Partner in the Firm’s New York City office. He has more than 30 years of accounting and tax experience and works closely with individuals and privately- and publicly-held businesses that span a variety of industries.

Mr. McGann enjoys the challenge of helping clients solve a wide range of complicated and technical business problems. His extensive tax experience extends to individuals in need of trust and estate planning and he is often engaged by companies for matters involving mergers and acquisitions‚ initial public offerings and SEC audits and filings. In addition‚ Mr. McGann helps businesses obtain access to capital with traditional or specialized financing through factoring‚ asset based loans or equity capital. His experience with cash flow‚ budget forecasts and projections helps companies who are looking to increase profitability and grow their organizations.

Mr. McGann is currently spearheading industry studies to provide businesses with competitive information regarding manufacturing‚ quality control‚ and research and development costs. The studies are expected to provide financial data within the flavor and fragrance industries.

Mr. McGann joined the Firm in 2002 after merging his local accounting practice with Marcum.
