Alan Winters CPA*

Alan C. Winters is a Partner in the Firm’s New Jersey office and is a key member of its Marital Dissolution and Forensics practice groups. A seasoned professional, Mr. Winters has more than 45 years of business experience with expertise in corporate restructuring, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate development and litigation support accounting.

Mr. Winters is a respected leader in the area of litigation support and is often appointed by the court systems to serve as a fiscal agent, provisional director and custodian. In addition, he is on the New Jersey Administrative Office of the Courts' roster of selected mediators for economic aspects of family law cases.

Mr. Winters lends his expertise to several industry organizations as well as his professional affiliated organizations. He frequently speaks on accounting topics related to litigation support and divorce and has taught continuing legal education courses. Prior to merging his practice with the Firm’s forerunner, Mr. Winters served as Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer at a New York financial products and information processing company with revenues in excess of $150 million.
