Marcum LLP's community involvement goes beyond volunteering with charities and donating money. Many of the professionals of the firm have been actively involved in not for profits for several years and many have played a part in the creation of organizations. Organizations include the I Have a Dream Foundation, Family Counseling Services of Miami Dade, Healthy Mothers - Healthy Babies of Broward County, Miami Dade Public School's AYMS program, and the Hospice of Palm Beach County Inc.

One of the core values at Marcum LLP is giving back to the community. Through the Foundation Planned Giving Program, team members of the firm have an easy way to voluntarily contribute to four designated local charities.
Donations are deducted directly from their paychecks and then distributed quarterly to four South Florida non-profit organizations that support causes in these categories: healthcare, children’s welfare, the elderly and poverty. Marcum is the only accounting and advisory firm in Florida that has a charitable giving program of this kind.
